| Minutes of Meeting | 6.30 Pm –President presented completed activities 6:35 pm - Club Assembly discussion points * Trust Account - Need to amend charitable trust, Notice sent to all trustees and Club members for AGM on 26th Feb22 at Balkalyan , University Road , Pune . to be Prepare Bylaw, AOP for Pan card. Initial paper work formalities will Complete before end of March 22 . • Club bylaws to be amend for trust involvement of club member . * Fund Raising- after 15th April 21 Suggested programme - Indoori Food stall with cultural activity, wine testing program , Mango Festival . Balkalyan Student will perform some activity. * CSR Partner for Pingori , Cow Donation- Ravi in touch with Blue IT solution – They are interested in Vidyanchal school water project , and for Pingori send proposal to Quick heal Company. Also Anup has send request to HDFC. If we get the CSR partner , then CSR fund will be route through Rotary India foundation * Water cooler for ST Bus stop. Decided to purchase as early as possible to avoid price rise ( Current price @ Rs.44500/- including GST ) . Initial 2 years Operation & maintenance cost will born by Club * Smart TV for Digital school - min 5 nos. ( Pingori school-1 No. , Wagheri school , saswad -4 nos. ) For this project Baba shinde will generate fund Rs. 45ooo + Rs5000 contribution from Bhavana * Proposals/suggestions for COVID affected people will send by Sachin moralwar , Primary requirement of Rural Bachat Gat is Plastic bag sealing machine- 12” , 30 kg Weighing scale . Club members ready contribute for this requirement. * Medical Camp for LN4- discussions going on with other club and Shree Sai hospital . *SERA Award nominations – tentative date 27th Feb .22 3 nominations received. Other nominations should receive before 10th Feb 22. * Satellite club formation is in progress, same will be discussed during senior citizen meeting on 2nd Feb.22 * BOD LIST FOR YR 22-23 formed by PE Sukhanand Joshi after discussions and taken prior approval from 41 members. The same list to be updated on RI site * Balkalyan venue Rent, if there is no demand from Balkalyan, then we will reserve the fund @ Rs.25000/- for Internet facility + Projector installation with synergy club. Following additional points discussed in BOD * Shashwat NGO is working for Rehabilitation of tribal , They need partner for – Primary level education upto 7th , Water conservation , Farming etc . Rahul Deosthale will send proposal for their grass root level requirement *Red Dot Story can be signature project of Aundh Club , Kamakshi will present the long term implementation of this project . |
