Budget for president & BOD installation for 22-23, date 19th June22 4. Handing over of carry forward service projects, events , expenses to new BOD 22-23 5. | Minutes of Meeting | 1) CPI Index were presented .. RC Aundh has achieved 661 / 1250 score and 20/ 141 RANK in the district 2) Club Finance were presented by Treasurer Anindita Nandi and alongwith Balance sheet and Bank balance till date and same was approved by BOD. 3) Club budget was presented for the RY 2022-23 which was discussed in great details by the BOD. 4) Based on budget the membership for RY is decided as follows; Single Member Rs. 16,000 + Rs. 1000 for Foundation Couple Member Rs. 26,000 + Rs 2000 for foundation 5) Fees are to be paid in two installment 1) Rs. 10,000 2) Rs. 6000 however cheques shall be given at same time. separate cheque to be given un the name of TRF for Rs. 1000 by each members along with PAN details 6) Donation of wheelchair to Ms. Kamble was approved 7) The Rotary Annual Awards will be given on 26th June 2022, Sunday |
