| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of BoD meeting held on 3rd August 24 at Wadeshwar Baner Attended by Pres Rajendra, Club Secretary Yogini, Satish, Aniruddha, PS, Mukund, Ravi Nerlikar, Mahendra, Anindita, Vineeta, Prashant 1. The board was informed that the RI dues have been cleared by Anandita 2. The board has approved the change of signatories for the year 24-25 for bank accounts 3. The board has approved that the President can spend up to Rs 5,000 without BoD approval 4. The board has approved that the HDFC service account to be closed and the balance of Rs 47,900 will be transferred to the trust account 5. It was unanimously decided that the BoD meetings will be held in the evenings for more attendance 6. The BoD has decided to find alternatives to BKS, Nerlikar to find out about Orchid and Anirudha about any other venue 7. Fellowship has to be good and arrangements can be taken up by BoD members turn by turn Satish to coordinate 8. It was decided to bring good speakers for more value addition to the club 9. Rules and responsibilities of the BoD members were defined. It was unanimously agreed that one should not interfere in the areas of others and help only when required 10. When granting membership to new members the geographical area is important and people within the vicinity of Aundh Baner Balewadi Pashan Sangvi etc are ok 11. It was observed that the two new lady members Dr Savita Patil and Dt Devakee Rathod, who have been inducted are residing on Sinhgad Road and Mundawa. It makes it very difficult for them to attend meetings. Yogini to speak to them and decide 12. Our own club website to be developed to upload SOPs MOMs projects photo etc.. This is clearly out of rules. President Rajendra and Sukhanand to please regularize this immediately. Paying for projects from membership fees account has to be avoided at all costs. 16. It has been unanimously decided that new members will be inducted only after they attend one or two meetings and are a cultural fit both ways. The BoD has to approve the membership. This procedure has been bypassed by Sukhanand in case of the four new members recently inducted. Henceforth the membership director will strictly reinforce this process 17.
