| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Second BOD Meeting, RY 2024-25 Date: Sunday, 6th October 2024 Time: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Venue: IPP Ajay's office The meeting began with a cordial coffee session, courtesy of IPP Ajay. Ganesh Deshmukh Minutes 1. minutes of previous board meeting were read by president Rajendra Shelar in absense of Secretary. Pending Matters a) Bank account Signatories to be changed. b) Closure of Service account in HDFC bank. c) Rotary Magazine Minutes were approved. 2)Board meeting be convened every month and every meeting will be hosted by three directors. Roster of hosting will be decided and declare by Sergeant at Arms. Proposed by Rtn. Ravi Nerlikar Seconded by Rtn. Rajendra Shelar 3) New Member Induction a) New member should be within 10 Kms their residence or business place b) They should attend at least 2 meetings before induction c)Be approved by Board then induct. RY 2024-25 be targeted as membership retention year. 4) President Rajendra appraised all social, medical and other endeavors of club in past and the efforts are unanimously appreciated. The list of projects are furnished here for record purpose. 5) Upcoming Projects a) Women cancer detection camp to be convened in Trust. Trust Board to take stock of project and approve the budget. Rtn.Ganesh Deshmukh to contribute ₹10,000 per camp per year. b) RCA to adopt village Shrikshetra Shelkewadi, Taluka Mulsi and do service projects. c) Anganwadi 3 Projects White wash and painting Weighing Machine Educational Toys Electrical appliances Cupboards Medical check up *₹50,000 per Anganwadi. Funds be raised in Trust Account Proposed by Rtn. Pralhad Salunkhe Seconded by Rtn. Ganesh Deshmukh * Rtn. B R Shimple, Rtn. Ganesh Deshmukh and Rtn. Mukund Chaudhari expressed willingness to donate for Anganwadi projects. d) E-waste collection be conducted between Dashehra and Diwali. ₹2000/- per point are expensess. Proposed by Rtn. Satish Khade and undertake sevage ponds project at Shelkewadi. f) Bicycle donation project : connect with district g) Bone density checking project : Medical project to be convened by Rtn. Mukund Surkutwar. h) Dr. B R Ambedkar college, Aundh Open Gym Project be considered. f) Dandiya Event Committee Rtn. Mahendra Mali, Rtn. Aniruddha Pawade and Rtn. Fora Diwanji. : Police permission application submitted : Event Management Agency be approved ₹68000 and ₹5000 for venue. : Net income be deposited in Trust Account. Fund raising by trust. : Ticketing through Ticketalaya : 10 Tickets every Board Member will purchase 6) Visit to Samvidhan Mandir at ITI Aundh to be decided. Proposed by Rtn. Rajendra Shelar Seconded by Unanimously 7) DG visit is on 29th November 2024 AG visit to be decided by President. 8) Deewali Dinner on 9th or 10th November Saturday. 9) Next Leadership plan - Immediate next leadership team by team consisting of Rtn. Hemant Chaudhary Rtn. Pralhad Salunkhe Rtn. Rajendra Shelar And appraise their findings for any change by 31st October 2024 10) Joint Secretary : Joint secretary be one of the authorised signatory to be operate bank account. It was proposed to have a position of Joint Secretary and Rtn. Satish Ustoorikar is proposed for the same till conclusion of RY 24-25 Proposed by Rtn. Ajay Deshkar Seconded by Rtn.
