Balkalyan is an institute where physically challenged students learnin skills. They are unable to use normal hand operated or foot operated sanitizers effectively always. It was requested by the Manager, Balkalyan to provide automatic hand sanitizer . BOD has decided to take up this function on the Gandhi Jayanti.
